Secluded, close to sea and town, swimming pool, helpful staff, clean rooms, nice breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay at Palm House in Kep. The pool and bar area created a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for our vacation. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we were even upgraded to a better room. The location was convenient, with bikes available for exploring. The restaurant, Breezes, served delicious meals. we loved our time at Palm House.

Located in a quiet area, this hotel boasts a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. the rooms are nicely presented with hot showers and cozy furniture. the staff are welcoming with constant smiles, making your stay all the more comfortable. Enjoy a delicious breakfast and take advantage of the free mountain bikes. Lounge by the pool and sip on refreshing drinks from the bar. the hotel is situated close to the sea with stunning views on one side, and on the other, it stands on an island just an hour from the city.

It seems the wifi connection could use some improvement.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was pleased to find that it was in a quiet area, very close to the sea. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, with a fantastic pool and comfy sunbeds. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure guests were comfortable. Breakfast was included in my stay and it was excellent, with a good variety of options available. Also, the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with flowers used for decoration and the rooms cleaned daily.

The peaceful setting and lush greenery, as well as the convenience of having bikes available to explore the surroundings. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Plus, the spacious and comfortable rooms were a great bonus.

Our stay was marred by a few negative experiences. We also found the room to be quite dark and dimly lit, which made it feel a bit claustrophobic.

We had a fantastic stay at Palm House Boutique Resort! the resort is beautifully laid out with a stunning pool as the centerpiece. We enjoyed relaxing by the poolside and sipping on refreshing drinks. the staff were incredibly welcoming and always had a genuine smile on their faces, making us feel right at home. the rooms were spacious, clean, and provided everything we needed. the owner, Mr Chhang, went above and beyond to assist us with a visa extension issue, showing his exceptional dedication to ensuring guests have a wonderful experience.

We can't thank him enough for his efforts. Cons: Nothing, no complaints at all.

Spent Xmas week in this resort and enjoyed the warm weather and access to beautiful beaches nearby. the room size was generous and the swimming pool inviting for a quick dip. the breakfast provided a good selection of fruits and juices to start the day.

the staff were helpful but the service was slow and there were some maintenance issues around the property such as exterior weathering and power points not working properly.
